- Fabricate and repair fixtures as needed to ensure functionality and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used for each unit.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of make-ready processes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident concerns promptly and professionally.
- Follow schematics and technical drawings to complete complex repairs or installations.
