Job Role:
As a Client Liaison, you will be pivotal in guiding clients through their recovery process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with admission process and facilitating the orientation process for new clients.
- Providing case management services to support clients' recovery
- Collaborating with the team and referral sources regarding clients progress summary
- Assisting with the facilitation of group sessions to foster a supportive recovery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or other human services related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in substance abuse treatment or case management is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Rotating weekends
Experience:
- Case management: 1 year (Preferred)
