Spark's Burger Co. is hiring for our Customer Service Team!
We are MHK's locally-sourced, locally-owned and totally-good hamburger restaurant, recently relocated to the west side of Manhattan.
We are looking to expand our team of hardworking and energetic Front of House helpers.

Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming guests, allowing them to enjoy a full Spark's Experience!
- Describing and explaining menu options
- Working POS to register order
- Handle cash and credit transactions with vigilance and accuracy
- Fulfilling all drink and milkshake orders
- Delivering meals to dining guests
- Monitoring and predicting needs of dining guests
- Keeping order/beverage station clean, organized and stocked
- Help stock and organize back-up supplies
- Washing dishes, keeping dining room clean, safe and organized
- Closing/opening tasks which involve cleaning, degreasing, trash removal, scrubbing, set-up/tear-down duties
Required Skills
- Energetic: must be able to do full shifts while keeping focus and enthusiasm
- Good communicator: must be able to talk directly to team members so every crew member stays safe and every customer is satisfied
- Must be able to hustle with a sense of urgency while keeping your wits about you
- Must be able to leave outside issues at the door and be 100% here when you're here
- Physically capable of constantly standing and moving (with break(s) of course)
- Able to be alert, aware, communicative and considerate
- Bold, kind and brave: able to speak clearly, and with dignity, to management, team members, customers and business partners
- Able to stand the heat, motion and constant stimulus of food service and customer service
Experience:
- Retail and customer service experience preferred
- Physical labor experience preferred
Available Schedules:
- Friday and Saturdays 10am-2pm
- Friday and Saturdays 4pm-8:30pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 15 per week
