Job Description:
As a Medical Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, providing comprehensive patient care and support. Your diverse responsibilities will include:

• Front Office: Greeting and seating patients, answering multi-line phones, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative assistance as needed.
• Back Office: Preparing exam rooms, assisting with procedures, maintaining accurate electronic patient records, and conducting patient follow-ups.

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical or dental setting is preferred. Candidates with experience in either dental assisting or medical assisting will be strongly considered.
• Skills: We value quick learners with proficiency in computer use (paperless office). Previous experience with Google and Microsoft Office is beneficial but not required.
• Personal Attributes: We seek a compassionate and reliable individual who excels in teamwork and enjoys a dynamic work environment.
• Requirements: The ability to travel to local satellite offices approximately 6-8 days per month. Travel stipend provided!
