Position Summary:
Position Responsibilities:
- Train and educate internal staff on new Programs and other company sales initiatives.
- Assist with facilitation of integration of business solutions to ensure that client needs are met.
- Assist with client onboarding, including welcome calls, BFS Portal and web training.
- Conduct strategic, well-planned professional sales presentations to existing and new customers.
- Assist in client marketing efforts.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients.
- Respond timely to all client issues and provide resolutions to client related questions.
- Assist in producing client proposals, analyses and presentations.
- Establish, maintain, and update files, databases, records for accounts.
- Assist with development and implementation of Dealer and Client Service Department setups, SOP creation and template development.
- Interact regularly with senior level managers and clients.
- Conform to the company’s professional standards and procedures to ensure quality service to all clients.
- All other duties defined by management.
Position Requirements:
- Coaching: Skilled at delivering instructive, supportive, collaborative, and motivational coaching sessions that foster open communications. They should accurately diagnose performance issues and develop effective action plans to address the root cause of issues.
- Analytical ability: Ability to identify business trends and opportunities, the underlying cause of issues, and provide well-developed suggestions for improvements. Be an “out of the box “thinker who can find solutions to meet client needs.
- Goals: Consistently exceed all established goals and complete tasks in an outstanding manner and on a timely basis. Ability to be self-motivated.
- Prioritization: Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and scope of impact. They should be able to effectively manage multiple projects.
- Ability to motivate: Should know how to create a strong sense of job satisfaction and keep team motivated by recognizing, communicating, and rewarding performance excellence.
- Leadership ability: Driver of positive change. Support management goals and Account Management team initiatives through words and actions. Be able to see the "big picture" and identify and communicate how individual roles are tied to corporate goals.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels within the organization. Ability to reach out to build and foster excellent working relationships with other areas of the organization. Professionally represent the company's interests when working with our client partners and internal personnel. Demonstrate ability to listen and understand well.
- Personnel skills: Maintain confidentiality and address personnel issues sensitively, appropriately and in accordance with established HR procedures. One should demonstrate the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and a well-documented plan for resolution.
