Position Summary:
We are seeking a mid-level attorney with 5 years of experience for a Corporate business unit in Scottsdale, AZ. The attorney will be responsible for the preparation and negotiation of corporate and transactional documents, including entity formation and governance documents, operating documents, supply agreements, purchase agreements, compliance documents, and merger and acquisition documents. The role will require the attorney to interact effectively with clients and represent them in negotiations for various business transactions.
Position Responsibilities:
- Prepare and negotiate corporate and transactional documents, including entity formation, operating agreements, and merger/acquisition documents.
- Represent clients in the negotiation of business transactions.
- Foster strong client relationships and provide strategic guidance on legal matters.
- Assist with business development and contribute to firm growth.
Position Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in corporate law and transactional work.
- Strong business development experience is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a solid work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona
