Position Summary:

Position Responsibilities:
- Design and Engineer: Develop high-performance furnace systems using high-temperature refractory metals and specialized alloys.
- Systems Engineering: Create industrial vacuum systems integrating mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing elements.
- Collaboration: Work with industry experts, suppliers, and the in-house team to turn concepts into practical solutions.
- Innovation: Reinvent debind and sinter furnaces using a first-principles approach, building prototypes, and optimizing through analysis and testing.
Position Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Experience: 5-10 years in machine or complex mechanical design; systems engineering or multi-discipline project experience preferred.
- Skills: Mastery of SolidWorks (preferred) or equivalent 3D CAD tools; AutoCAD experience is a plus.
- Attributes: Inventive mind, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
