Field Service Technician

Field Service Representative in the Ann Arbor, MI office.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES :
- Installs, repairs and maintains testing systems at customer site; performs in-house repairs of defective customer equipment.
- Maintains customer repair facilities, including calibration, repair and maintenance of toxic gas monitoring system, maintaining and customer test equipment, etc.
- Provides technical assistance to the customer, including parts and technical question research and assisting with Requests for Quotations.
- Prepare Field Service Reports with sufficient detail for customer invoicing, warranty charges, labor and materials charges, and policy.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
