This pivotal role reports directly to the VP of Marketing. You'll be the architect of our marketing strategy, driving new patient acquisition, amplifying brand awareness, and overseeing a range of innovative initiatives. We need someone with exceptional organization, a knack for juggling projects, and a hawk-eye for detail.
Responsibilities :
- Partner with the VP of Marketing to craft and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
- Lead and empower a team of 2-3 marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering their growth.
- Spearhead impactful marketing campaigns to attract new patients and elevate brand visibility.
- Leverage a diverse marketing mix, encompassing digital, social media, and traditional channels.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and generate insightful reports for management.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications :
Reporting : The Marketing Director reports directly to the VP of Marketing.
Performance Measurement : Your success will be measured using key performance indicators (KPIs) commonly used in marketing, along with the growth in new patient acquisition.
Compensation : $120,000 to $140,000 Bonus
