- 1st (Mon - Sat 5 : 30 am – 4 : 00 pm)
- 2nd (Mon - Sat 4 : 00pm / 4 : 30 pm – 2 : 30am / 3 : 00 am) – Train on Days
- Mandatory Saturdays, Voluntary Sundays
- Approximately 50-60 hours per week
Pay :

As a high precision and high-volume production facility, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. As a Tier 2 Automotive supplier since 1979, our facility has grown into a 68,000 square foot building and an industry leader, producing small metal, aluminum, and steel parts for OEMs like Ford, GM, and Tesla. To be successful, you must embody great attitude, attendance, and performance, prioritizing quality, safety, and attention to detail.
Job Description :
Machine Setup and Operation : Set up CNC machines, including loading materials, selecting tools, and adjusting settings to produce components according to blueprints and technical drawings.Quality Control : Perform regular inspections of finished products using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, go / no go gauges, etc.) to ensure adherence to specifications and tolerances.Blueprint Reading / Data Entry : Read all blueprints, diagrams, and specifications, following all instructions as written. Count and record all production numbers and scrap in the computer system accurately and timely.Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of all personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe working environment.Other : Any and all other job duties as assigned.Requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent1 year CNC / Machine Operator ExperienceAbility to measure parts using calipers, micrometers, go / no go gaugesBasic computer and data entry skillsPunctuality, positivity, team player attitudeAbility to lift up to 30-40 lbs unassisted and stand for up to 10 hours per dayAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentMust be willing to submit to background check and drug screeningMust own a pair of steel toed boots or steel toed shoesAbout Spark Talent Acquisition :
