Bachelors
degree in related field AND Five (5) years of experience in Information
Technology testing, quality assurance and the performance of change management
functions, three (3) years of which must have been attained in a cross-platform
Information Technology development environment.
Demonstrated knowledge of testing
methodology and practices
Working knowledge of relevant
operating systems and software development fundamentals
Hands-on experience with automated
test tools
Basic knowledge of SQL
Strong process and gap analysis
Skills
Ability to interpret test cases for
high-level and functional processes
Good understanding of the system
test life cycle, the review process, and test case documentation
Test automation tools such as Leapwork
or Selenium.
Ability to document and troubleshoot
errors
Experience With Tracking Tools (ex
Service Now).
Ability to work effectively in a
virtual team environment.
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills.
Experience with agile, waterfall,
and scrum methodologies.

Create and maintain test
documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports
Design detailed test cases based on
software requirements and specifications to ensure comprehensive coverage
Perform manual and automated tests,
using various tools and techniques to verify software functionality
Identify, document, and report
software defects, including severity, priority, and steps to reproduce
Analyze test results to assess
quality, identify areas for improvement, and determine if the software meets
Requirements
Communicate test results, findings,
and recommendations to development teams and other stakeholders, and collaborate
on defect resolution
Creating and maintaining test
documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports
Participate in project planning,
estimation, and scheduling.
Perform functional, regression,
integration, and system testing.
Preferred
Qualifications
Five
understanding of the system test life cycle, review process, and test case
documentation.
Ability to thoroughly document and
troubleshoot errors.
Well
versed with Agile, Scrum, waterfall methodologies.
