The Expertise And Skills You Bring
- Bachelors degree required, preferably in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or other relevant quantitative discipline
- 5 years of successful professional experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on one or more of the following: product development, fixed income trading, brokerage operations, infrastructure technology, systems analysis, data analytics
- Critical thinker, analyzing relevant data to draw conclusions, troubleshoot problems and make appropriate decisions
- Team player, collaborating across diverse business partners such as Technology, Sales & Trading, Legal/Risk/Compliance
- Detail oriented, with a sense of urgency and ownership when addressing anything that poses a risk to our customers or our business
- Effective communicator, fostering positive relationships through stakeholder engagement and timely responsiveness
- Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
- Curious and self-motivated to learn, connecting the dots across projects and products
- Experience with SQL, KDB/Q, and/or Snowflake preferred
- Series 7 and SIE required (or must be obtained within 90 days of hire)
