Qualifications
- Excellent Communication Skills: You know how to listen to others and express yourself clearly
- Must Love Cleaning: We thrive on ensuring our clients experience the exhilarating feeling of entering a sparkling clean home
- Optimist: You see the glass as half full and don’t allow challenges to derail your day
- Must be on time and dependable (always)
- Have a valid driver’s license and car insurance
- Access to reliable transportation daily from Monday-Friday and occasional weekends 8am – 5:30pm
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to work in areas that have animals
- Ability to work seamlessly with smartphone, calendar, and maps
- Can read, write, and communicate in English
- Lift 20 lbs
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Ensure sanitation standards are met
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences.
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained.
- Assist with additional tasks .
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
