About the Role :

As an Assistant Site Manager , you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, driving team success, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Your role will include :

Supervising and motivating staff to meet operational and performance goals

Overseeing facility maintenance and ensuring a clean, efficient, and safe car wash experience

Managing customer interactions, resolving concerns, and delivering excellent service

Assisting with sales, promotions, and performance-driven initiatives to grow the business

Supporting recruitment, training, and team development
