About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be responsible for:
- Greeting customers with a friendly smile and professional attitude at our pay stations.
- Informing customers about Sparkle’s products and services.
- Promoting and selling our Unlimited Monthly Club Plans, which offer customers convenience and value.
- Representing Sparkle Express with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
Whether you’re working part-time or full-time, you’ll play a critical role in creating memorable customer experiences and contributing to Sparkle’s success.
