Summary

We are seeking a Construction Laborer to join our team at Sparkle Pool Service Inc. This position is crucial for assisting in various construction and maintenance tasks related to swimming pools. Located in the Metro Area, this role contributes significantly to our commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the construction and maintenance of swimming pools.
• Perform tasks such as concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work as needed.
• Support carpentry efforts including frame and trim carpentry.
• Help fabricate and install various pool components.
• Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with carpentry, masonry, and concrete work is highly desirable.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to pool construction and maintenance.
