Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including commercial, industrial, and residential spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in assigned areas.
- Conduct floor care activities including buffing and polishing to ensure surfaces are well-maintained.
- Execute custodial duties in both commercial and residential settings, ensuring all areas are clean and sanitary.
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as required, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain facilities by conducting routine inspections and reporting any maintenance needs.
- Support residential painting projects as needed, ensuring a clean workspace is maintained throughout the process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations and high standards of cleanliness.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests or emergencies within the facility.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, custodial services, or facilities maintenance is preferred.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Knowledge of floor care practices including buffing and polishing techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
