Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Porter to join our team. The Porter will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring a welcoming environment for both staff and visitors. This position requires an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding high standards of cleanliness.

Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of events or meetings as needed.
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and responding to inquiries in a friendly manner.
• Support other team members with various tasks as required to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift, including lifting and moving items as necessary.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if needed.
