Now Hiring: Day Porter / Cleaning Technician (Mon–Fri, 11AM–5PM) ENGLISH SPEAKING ONLY!!

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Day Porter / Cleaning Technician to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of a professional property 5 days a week. This is a consistent, daytime opportunity with great working hours!

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain main lobby daily
• Perform light janitorial duties in gym, offices, and common areas
• Restock and clean bathrooms
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the building
• Clean and reset 2 guest suites as needed
• Remove trash and sanitize high-touch surfaces
• Communicate with supervisor and building staff when supplies or repairs are needed

Ideal Candidate:

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Able to work independently and follow cleaning checklists
• Professional and respectful in occupied spaces
• Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
