Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and fixing minor repairs
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Operate buffing machines to maintain the cleanliness and shine of floors
- Serve as a porter by emptying trash bins and disposing of waste properly
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing custodial duties
- Perform floor care tasks, including vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and waxing floors
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
