What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager position at Sparkling Image Car Wash?

We are looking for Assistant Managers to add to our team at our Thousand Oaks, CA locations!

This is an Hourly position with a potential monthly Bonus Program.

Sparkling Image Car Wash is one of the nation’s largest full-service car wash companies, operating full-service car washes, detail centers & lube centers under Sparkling Image, Eager Beaver and Sparkling Image Express Oil Change brands.

Job Responsibilities:

Safely provide an excellent service experience for our customers
Oversee and manage daily operation of the total operations with profit and loss responsibility
Responsible for overall store safety, cleanliness, employee orientation, performance management, training, and inventory
Learn how to lead a team while assuming increasing responsibility for managing car wash operations.
Assist with monitoring wash quality and maintaining brand standards.
Learn and master all job roles at the car wash in order to train current and new team members.
Work with software programs and applications, including Microsoft Office, our point-of-sale system, HR systems, and more.

We are looking for candidates who:

Desire to manage high volume activity in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
Exercise hands on leadership
Have a strong desire to drive revenue through customer service concepts

Job Qualifications:

A valid state driver’s license
Must be 18 to apply
A track record of successful outcomes with the ability to take ownership and be proactive. Attention to detail and pride in your work.
An outgoing personality with strong people and listening skills. The ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
Availability and flexibility to work full-time hours, including weekends, with a varying schedule.
High energy and interest in being active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
