Sparkling Image Car Wash is looking for a dynamic leader to join our team at 7901 Rosedale Hwy, Bakersfield, CA as a Location Manager. This will include managing multiple profit centers: Car wash, detail. C-store, restaurant and oil change center.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of leading, developing and training employees.
Able to delegate amongst multiple profit centers
Conflict resolution skills
Ability to develop a sales team
Creating a team environment
Ownership mentality
Ability to oversee a property open 24-7, 365 days a year
Driver license required
Compensation
85k per year plus annual bonus incentives
