We are looking for a Car Wash Supervisor to add to our team in Reading, MA area. This is an exciting position to operate in our Sparkling Image Car Wash and a full detail shop.
Sparkling Image Car Wash is one of the nation’s largest full-service car wash companies, operating full-service car washes, detail centers & lube centers under Sparkling Image, Eager Beaver and Sparkling Image Express Oil Change brands.
Job Responsibilities:
- Safely provide an excellent service experience for our customers
- Exercise hands on leadership by assisting a team of employees
- Assist management with safety, house keeping and driving revenue
We are looking for candidates who:
- Desire to learn to manage high volume activity in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Are interested in team building, training and development.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2-year customer service experience
- Prior supervisor experience (preferred)
- Car wash experience (preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong work ethic and motivation
- A valid state driver’s license
