As a Field Service Technician specializing in Electric, Plumbing, and HVAC systems, you will be responsible for on-site maintenance, repairs, and installations. Responsibilities:
- Perform planned maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Accurately diagnose and resolve electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
- Install, repair, and replace electrical components, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC systems as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations while on-site
- Communicate effectively with clients, explaining services and providing recommendations
- Maintain detailed records of service calls, work performed, and parts used
