Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and installations for a wide range of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC tasks
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues accurately to determine the best solutions
- Install and repair various fixtures such as lighting, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Adhere to safety protocols and follow industry regulations during all projects
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding the services provided, offer recommendations, and address any concerns
- Keep detailed records of all work performed, including materials used and time spent

- Proven experience as a Handyman or in maintenance work
