Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electronic Assembler to join our dynamic team. This role requires mechanical knowledge and proficiency in using hand tools to fabricate and solder electronic components. As an Electronic Assembler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products.
Duties
- Assemble electronic components according to specifications and schematics.
- Fabricate parts as needed for assembly processes.
- Solder components onto PCBs, ensuring adherence to IPC 610 standards.
- Be proficient at assembly and inspection under a microscope.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Skills
- Strong understanding of PCB assembly processes and techniques.
- Mechanical knowledge applicable to electronic assembly tasks.
- Experience with soldering techniques, particularly for small components.
- Familiarity with using calipers and other hand tools for precise measurements.
- Basic electrical knowledge relevant to electronic components and systems.
- Understanding of IPC 610 standards for quality assurance in electronic assembly.
