Sparks & Company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive / Personal Assistant to support one of our partners. As an Executive / Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing personal support to our team members and be a buffer between the partner and clients. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain partner’s appointment calendar and coordinate with clients to schedule meetings
- Answer telephone and handle client questions and requests when partner input is not required.
- Assist in project management and tracking for all client deliverables.
- Occasionally help with personal errands and appointments.
- Help with the preparation of compliance projects for clients such as Secretary of State filings, responding to tax notices, etc.
