What You'll Do:
- Collaborate closely with officials, offering insightful information, technical assistance, and strategic recommendations on diverse labor and management matters.
- Champion the consistent and uniform application of organizational policies across the board.
- Masterfully prepare complex narrative reports, professional correspondence, and other essential documents, all while consistently meeting critical deadlines.
- Manage the complete ADA lifecycle:
- Thoroughly review submitted accommodation requests and proactively identify any missing documentation.
- Serve as a central point of contact, effectively communicating with both employees and supervisors throughout the process.
- Collaboratively develop accommodation solutions that meet the needs of all parties involved.
- Draft clear and concise communication regarding accommodation decisions and implementation plans.
- Diligently manage accommodations from initiation through successful completion.
What You'll Bring:
- A proven track record with at least four (4) years of experience in contract administration, grievance handling, and workplace dispute resolution within a complex organizational setting.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Labor or Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Economics, or a closely related field.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
- Demonstrated expertise in understanding and navigating the ADA accommodation process.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly explain complex information.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage a high volume of documents and adhere to strict deadlines.
- The ability to clearly communicate the ADA process and ensure employee understanding of their rights and responsibilities.
