Sparks Group has partnered with a leading security company in the NOVA area who is in need of an Administrative Assistant for a 6 month contract role. This role is hybrid with one day work from home. If you are proficient in Excel and have at least two years of Administrative Assistant experience, we want to talk to you! Please apply online for immediate consideration.
Job Duties :
- Monitor marketing team email and reply to questions from field staff or provide them the correct person to connect with.
- Create and update spreadsheets to track various tasks and projects
- Monitor and track in Excel the timeline from purchase to invoice to payment.
- Enter PO's on spreadsheet and spend
- Work to keep fraud at a minimum and follow up on any charges that look incorrect
- Follow up with vendors on marketing materials and shipping updates or expected date of delivery.
- Data entry all information into spreadsheets
- May be required to order lunch or plan team outings
