Job Summary / Company : Sparks Group has partnered with a well known paving company based in the Northern Virginia area that is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their Total Process Reliability department. This position is a contract to hire role and it is fully onsite with no option of remote work. Responsibilities :
- Scheduling : Manages appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Document Preparation : Creates memos, invoices, reports, and other documents.
- Record Management : Maintains filing systems, databases, and meeting minutes.
- Staff Support : Handles phone calls, messages, and call transfers.
- Supply Management : Oversees office supplies, including purchasing and stockroom organization.
- Event Planning : Arranges events, conferences, and other activities.
- Financial Review : Conducts fiscal reviews and surveys.
- Program Implementation : Supports the implementation of new programs, procedures, methods, and systems.
- Presentation Development : Creates spreadsheets and presentations using software.
- Additional tasks and duties as assigned.
