Comic Artist Job Summary :
We are looking for Comic Artist to develop a 30 page comic book, both digital and traditional. You will be tasked with developing a set of 6 characters, 2 primary and 4 secondary. Vision and scripts will be provided. We’re looking for someone that can run with the information they’re given and produce a final product onetime and within budget. Comic Artist Responsibilities :
- Develop and sketch character designs and environments.
- Create storyboards and thumbnails for comic panels.
- Draw and ink comic pages based on scripts and storyboards.
- Collaborate with writers to ensure accurate visual representation of narrative.
- Color comic pages either digitally or traditionally.
- Revise artwork based on feedback from editors and writers.
- Meet tight deadlines to ensure timely publication.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in comic art.
