Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a home automation security technology company and together we're seeking a a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably within a SaaS environment, and possess a deep understanding of full lifecycle recruiting. This role will support a variety of functions including sales, accounting, and technical roles, with a primary focus on sales positions. You will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead for growth and sales, and the A&F Recruiting Lead. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are comfortable with compensation negotiations, and have a strong ability to work with diverse stakeholders, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle recruiting efforts for a variety of roles (with an emphasis on sales roles) including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand role requirements and effectively manage the recruitment process.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across departments, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
- Manage and support all aspects of the recruitment process for sales, accounting, and technical positions.
- Effectively negotiate compensation packages, demonstrating maturity and professionalism in all communications.
- Handle a high volume of requisitions while maintaining high attention to detail throughout the process.
- Provide guidance to stakeholders, even in ambiguous situations, and be proactive in asking questions and seeking clarification when needed.
- Hit the ground running with minimal training, leveraging your recruiting expertise to contribute immediately to the team’s efforts.
- Document and track recruitment activities in our ATS, ensuring all data is accurately recorded and organized.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- 3-5 years of corporate recruiting experience, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Strong experience recruiting for a variety of positions, with a focus on sales roles (experience in accounting and technical roles is a plus).
- Full lifecycle recruiting experience, with a deep understanding of the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Comfortable and experienced in compensation negotiations with mature communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage multiple requisitions at once.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various departments.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, ask the right questions, and provide clear guidance to internal teams.
- High attention to detail, able to keep up with multiple steps in the recruitment process and ensure accuracy at each stage.
Salary : $35 - $44
