Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Alignment : Develop and implement a robust internal audit plan that effectively addresses key business risks and supports the achievement of organizational goals.
- Audit Execution : Lead the execution of a wide range of audits including financial, operational, IT, and compliance reviews. This includes planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up on audit findings.
- Risk Management Oversight : Supervise the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function, including the development and maintenance of the ERM framework, risk assessments, and key risk indicators.
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of audit professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including senior management, the Board of Directors, and the Audit Committee.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Reporting & Communication : Prepare clear and concise audit reports and presentations for senior management and the Audit Committee.
Qualifications :
This job is Hybrid Remote.
Pay Range : Salary $190,000.00 to $230,000.00

Salary : $190,000 - $230,000
