Job Summary / Company :
Sparks Group has partnered with an innovative Assisted Living Care organization seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to lead one of their new, care facilities. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of resident care and operational excellence in a newly opened Assisted Living facility. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring resident well-being and operational success while adhering to all regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and resident care.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Provide training and oversight to ensure proper procedures and care are followed.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations (e.g., Comar).
- Manage all documentation and paperwork including certifications, state / county compliance, etc.
- Collaborate with Owners / Directors on strategic planning and operational improvements.
- Resolve operational, financial, marketing, and HR challenges.
- Flexibility when after-hours attention is necessary for emergencies.
Qualifications :
This job is In-Person.
Pay Range : Salary $90,000.00 to $150,000.00
