Sparks Group has partnered with a quickly growing electrical company seeking a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager! This position requires travel to assigned projects on a daily basis so valid drivers license is required. Duties / Responsibilities :
- Manage all financial aspects of projects through ongoing job forecasting and budgeting.
- Oversee pre-con meetings to ensure successful hand off from estimating to field.
- Set clear goals and expectations to foreman.
- Negotiate and resolve all customer concerns.
- Estimate change orders for assigned projects.
- Manage all jobs closeout procedures.
- Conduct post project reviews to determine areas for future improvement.
- Provide coaching / counseling to foreman and Assistant Project Manager.
- Develop / maintain network of professional relationships within our industry.

Pay Range : Salary $100,000.00 to $150,000.00
