Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decisions that improve financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial analysis methodologies and analyses to inform business decisions.
- Solve complex problems using qualitative and quantitative approaches.
- Analyze month-end close reports and capex authorization forms to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in reviewing and implementing accounting and control procedures to meet company goals and regulatory standards.
- Communicate with senior leaders to explain and understand variances.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI (preferred).
- Strong drive towards innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to travel up to 30% in North America and occasionally to Canada and Europe.
