Responsibilities :

• Be the project leader : You'll oversee all aspects of implementing our new HR system, Workday. This includes managing timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring everyone involved is on the same page.
• Work closely with different teams : You'll collaborate with experts from HR and IT to make sure the new system meets everyone's needs.
• Develop clear plans : You'll create a roadmap for implementing the system and manage any potential issues that arise along the way.
• Become an expert on the new system : You'll be a key user of Workday, helping others learn the system and troubleshoot any problems.
• Analyze data and share insights : You'll stay up-to-date on trends in HR and use data to inform decision-making.
