Job Summary / Company : Sparks Group has partnered with tree and vegetation management services company and are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Generalist to join the collaborative and family-oriented HR team. This position plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations for our growing business, which consists of approximately 1,000 employees. As an HR Generalist, you will assist with onboarding and offboarding, support recruitment and employee compliance efforts, and manage various HR administrative duties.
Responsibilities :
- Employee Onboarding & Offboarding : Assist with all aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- HR Transactions : Process HR transactions, including job changes, promotions, terminations, and other employment-related updates in HR systems (Paycor, Workday, or ADP).
- Recruitment Support : Coordinate interviews, manage applicant tracking, and help with the recruitment process, including triaging requests from the company's distribution list to appropriate talent managers for follow-up.
- Training & Development : Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and foster growth within the company.
- HR Administration : Monitor and manage progress with onboarding spreadsheets, assist with pay increase requests, and respond to or triage inquiries from internal email distribution lists.
- HR Compliance & Record-Keeping : Ensure employee records are up-to-date and maintain compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
- General HR Support : Provide assistance with other HR-related administrative tasks and projects as needed.
