Job Summary/Company:
Sparks Group is seeking an Occupational Health and Wellness (OHAW) professional to support wellness, employee support, drug/alcohol, and clinical departments. This on-site analyst will develop and improve work processes, SOPs, work instructions, and training manuals for a busy four-department OHAW team. Requires strong technical writing, analytical, and project management skills, with excellent communication for collaborating across all organizational levels. Focus on creating clear, standardized documentation,, process improvement, and some data analysis.
Responsibilities:
Develop work instructions, SOPs, and training manuals for all OHAW departments.
Collaborate with staff to document and improve existing and new processes.
Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Manage multiple documentation projects and tasks effectively.
Communicate clearly with all levels of the organization, including senior leaders.
Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting support.
Support policy writing assignments and ensure compliance.
Apply desktop publishing skills for professional document creation.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
Proven technical writing experience (3+ years) in process documentation.
Experience creating work instructions, SOPs, and training materials.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel with formulas/VLOOKUP).
Experience with project management tools.
Comfortable using templates and adhering to formatting guidelines.
Strong organizational and task management skills.
Experience with policy writing using business templates.
Demonstrated desktop publishing skills.
Healthcare industry experience or understanding of HIPAA.
