Job Summary / Company :
Sparks Group has partnered with a long standing family owned business to identify an Office Admin to manage diverse operational tasks. Responsibilities :
- Answers telephone calls and emails from clients, vendors, and others
- Performs a variety of office and clerical work as needed to keep business office organized and efficient
- Files, processes, and distributes certified paperwork with specified local jurisdictions
- Processes amendments to correct mistakes
- Processes incoming / outgoing mail, checks, and receives packages to ensure condition and distributes to appropriate individuals
- Maintains paper and electronic data files of documents following established procedures for creating backup files, purging files, and storing files
- Answers general inquiries regarding programs and services, explaining requirements and assisting callers in completing forms or other actions
- Meet with clients on occasion
- Prepares and edits written material from drafts or verbal instruction
Qualifications / Background Profile :
This job is In-Person.
Pay Range : Salary $45,000.00 to $55,000.00
