We're seeking a highly motivated Operations Specialist! You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by processing various documents for members, internal teams, partners, and external parties. This is a fully remote opportunity for those located in the following states;
- FL, NC, OH, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Process inbound and outbound documentation (policy changes, return mail, mortgage changes, appointments, etc.)
- Manage daily lockbox payments and declined payments
- Handle reversals for credit cards, payment transfers, and bank returns
- Initiate ACH and credit card reversals when necessary
