Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing payroll team.
- Oversee the production and distribution of paychecks and related documentation.
- Implement and maintain robust payroll procedures and record-keeping systems.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable payroll laws and regulations.
- Prepare and file tax returns and reports accurately and timely.
- Process payroll-related data efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive payroll experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with PeopleSoft 8.0 and higher.
- Proven supervisory experience in accounting or payroll.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, scheduling, and decentralized payroll distribution.
- Expertise in automated payroll systems, particularly PeopleSoft.
Salary : $110,000 - $125,000
