Sparks Group and a global leader in Information Services have partnered to find their next Product Support Representative! This contract position is hybrid, with weekly in office expectations in Hagerstown, MD. Shift is 11:00 am - 7:30pm. Apply today and give us a call at 301-926-7800.
Responsibilites:
- Respond to customer inquiries that include order entry, adjustments, subscriptions, and queries related to existing orders from multiple sources.
- Manage database records to maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate entry and upkeep of all transactions according to business policies
- Manage information flow ensuring that enhancement requests, bugs, and other product issues are communicated.
- Assist with account lookup and navigation, as well as product access extensions, adjustments and/or related issues
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- experience with CRM systems
- Maintain professionalism and a high level of service
- Will need own equipment
- High School diploma or GED
- Microsoft 365

This job is Hybrid Remote.
Pay Range: Salary $17.00 to $17.00
