Sparks Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Research Administrative Grants Specialist to provide essential pre-award management and administrative assistance for our client's research programs. In this role, you’ll work closely with Principal Investigators (PIs) and other key stakeholders to support successful research initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the preparation and submission of research proposals, including developing and refining budgets in compliance with policies, sponsor guidelines, and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with PIs to ensure all necessary proposal authorizations and signatures are obtained.
- Maintain effective communication with sponsors, subcontractors, and partners to coordinate the proposal process and share necessary information.
- Track proposal statuses and respond to sponsor requests for additional information or documentation.
- Streamline administrative processes and support the Research Administration team in improving efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between the research team and the head of research
Qualifications :
This job is Fully Remote.
Pay Range : Hourly $32.00 to $36.00
