Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment for specific business unit roles.
Collaborate with leaders, hiring managers, and HR for end-to-end recruitment.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for open roles.
Support workforce development initiatives.
Participate in recruitment events.
Qualifications:
A degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field, or equivalent experience in talent acquisition.
10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and interviewing.
Strong knowledge of staffing principles, labor laws, and recruitment programs.
Familiarity with US Employment and Labor Laws.
Knowledge of the regional labor market and online/social media recruiting.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
Strong communication, presentation, marketing, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact with employees at all levels.
Excellent time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and show integrity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
