What You’ll Do

Collaborate with prospective clients to uncover their goals, budgets, and timelines.
Guide clients in selecting products and designs that align with their project vision, schedule, and budget.
Develop detailed scopes of work tailored to project requirements.
Provide a superior customer experience through consistent, clear communication.
Set and manage client expectations throughout the sales process.
Build and nurture strong relationships with vendors and partners.
Coordinate with internal teams by providing detailed notes and documents to support design, estimating, and installation efforts.

Preferred Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in a consultative sales role.

Strong background in account management.

1-3 years of experience in the construction industry is a plus.

Compensation :

Pay : Base : $65,000.00 / year unlimited commission
