We have an immediate need to hire a Part-Time Assistant Title Clerk to process and file paperwork to establish or transfer the ownership of a vehicle. There is a possibility that this could become a full-time position. We value our employees and invest in their success.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assisting the current Title Clerk with day-to-day tasks including managing title documents, maintaining records, verifying information, preparing and processing transfers
- Scanning and filling documents
- Completing and submitting DMV paperwork
- Completing wholesale transactions
- Knowledge of registration laws
- Dealership experience preferred but not required
Requirements/Skills – Assistant Title Clerk:
- High proficiency in typing, clerical tasks, computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Must have strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills and high-quality customer service skills
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- Excellent customer relations and service.
