The Director of Project Accounting will join the accounting team, focusing on project costing, revenue recognition, and month-end closing under the VP, Controller's guidance. Key responsibilities include leading the cost accounting and Project Finance teams, providing data analysis on projects, monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with SOWs and budgets, investigating variances, and optimizing profits and cash flow.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred) and 10 years of general accounting experience. Strong leadership, communication skills, and an aptitude for systems and automation are essential.
This role supports the Finance team and offers a hybrid schedule, with 3 days per week in-office. The position is based in Philadelphia, PA.
