The VP Controller will report to the CFO and provide accounting leadership, process improvements, and financial oversight to support the company's growth. Key responsibilities include overseeing financial statements, managing accounting operations, enforcing internal controls, and ensuring GAAP compliance. The role supports the Accounting team and offers a hybrid schedule, with 3 days per week in-office. The ideal candidate should be based in Philadelphia, PA.
Education and Experience includes: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, and 10 years of accounting/finance experience including at least 5 years in a leadership role. CPA required. MBA a plus.
