Direct Support & Day Support Professional (DSP's)- Developmental Disabilities Home Seeking Direct Support and Day Support Professionals in homes in Pendleton, OR. DSPs responsibility includes supporting individuals with Intellectual/ Developmental Disabilities in their Residential homes as well as in during Day Support activities including full support in activities of daily living, medication administration, meal prep, doctors appointments, and other supports as needed. DSPs should be an easy going and lighthearted individual willing to learn to communicate with clients of all abilities. Hours are flexible, including evenings and weekends. DSPs must fulfill the following requirements as per Oregon Administrative Rules: Age 18 or older, pass criminal history check, no allegations of abuse or neglect. CPR First Aid is required but can be attained after hire. On the job training required, core competencies can be attained after hire.
